About Our Safety and Health Policy

The safety, health and well-being of our employees are of major importance to PRO Building Systems. We provide the latest and most effective safety equipment and tools for our employees and we endeavor to educate, train and hire the best employees possible. Within company operations, safety is a part of every job and we believe that safety is considered equal in importance to productivity, quality, cost and relationships. The success of our safety efforts depends on the safety awareness and commitment of each individual in the company beginning with the CEO. Each person is required to participate in our company safety and health program. Even our clients are required to wear a PRO hard hat on site before the job begins.

    • Thorough investigation of all accidents including but not limited to: Describe unsafe act, unsafe conditions, corrective action taken to prevent recurrence, repeat accident victims meet with President to review safety procedures.

Workman’s comp experience modification 2005: 0.71. Rating which means that Pro receives a 29 percent discount on our Workman’s Compensation premiums and we pass that savings to our clients.
