PROJECT SUMMARY – Hennessy Ford Lincoln is a complete redevelopment of a 12.1-acre site, designed to accomodate every aspect of the client’s needs. This design-build, LEED project consisted of demolishing seven existing buildings and reconstructing over 100,000 square feet of a new, state of the art, environmentally friendly automotive dealership. The structure boasts two beautiful showrooms and a service drive on the back side of the building.

PROJECT SUMMARY – A 3,996 SF restaurant with a 1,068 SF enclosed and covered poarch area. The exterior is a white brick facade with a cypress wood entrance.

PROJECT SUMMARY – Construction of a 44,300 SF warehouse & office facility complete with full site development. This project includes 5,800 SF of interior office area, on two levels, with high end floor, ceiling, and wall finishes, with the remaining 38,500 SF to be allotted as warehouse space.
Freeman Companies - Atlanta, Georgia
PROJECT SUMMARY – Renovation of existing warehouse facility and new addition of 139K warehouse with 3 story 30,000 sf corporate office facility. Project highlights include light and heavy demolition of existing structures, asphalt recycling, pre-engineered steel structures (5 total), (2) conventional steel structures, EPDM roofing, metal roofing, EPDM re-roofing, brick veneer, E.I.F.S. veneer with trim, insulated metal wall panels.
