Hennessy Ford Lincoln - Chamblee, Georgia
PROJECT SUMMARY – Hennessy Ford Lincoln is a complete redevelopment of a 12.1-acre site, designed to accomodate every aspect of the client’s needs. This design-build, LEED project consisted of demolishing seven existing buildings and reconstructing over 100,000 square feet of a new, state of the art, environmentally friendly automotive dealership. The structure boasts two beautiful showrooms and a service drive on the back side of the building.
Hennessy JLR Buckhead - Atlanta, Georgia
PROJECT SUMMARY – An urban development that had an extremely limited site area, of the 3.85 acres of the planned redevelopment area, only approximately an acre at a time could be taken. Due to this, the construction of the new 19,580 SF facility and underground ponds, had to be accomplished in three seperate phases, allowing Hennessy Jaguar to remain in operations selling and servicing cars at all times.
Gallatin Honda - Gallatin, Tennessee
PROJECT SUMMARY – Ground up construction of a 37,460 SF Honda dealership on 9.5 acres of land.
Ginn CDRJ - Covington, Georgia
PROJECT SUMMARY – Ground up construction of a 38,920 SF dealership on 15.97 acres with a 1,735 SF car wash on site. Ginn CDRJ beautifully meets the guidelines of the current image program.
Hennessy Lexus - Gwinnett, Georgia
PROJECT SUMMARY – Included partial demolition and renovation of the existing structure, and new construction of a state of the art 3,284 SF showroom addition.
Motor Cars of Georgia - Sandy Springs, Georgia
PROJECT SUMMARY – Part of a large renovation project transforming the property into a high-end showcase and dealership for Lamborghini (pictured), Aston Martin, Rolls Royce and Koenigsegg.
Hennessy Lexus - Doraville, Georgia
PROJECT SUMMARY – Impressive 3 story steel and concrete structure with a parking deck and service department on the top floor. The front elevation is 2 floors below grade, allowing for the poured in place concrete columns to be the first thing to catch your attention. The interior finishes in all customer areas and showroom offices are Class A.
Jim Ellis Volkswagen - Kennesaw, Georgia
